this place was made for a short break. liam was the best host ever. bed was comfy and there were central heating, a flat screen tv, and a writing desk in the room. thanks to kitchen i saved on dining out.

Enjoyed pretty much everything, no reason to complain. Fridges and an oven etc were much appreciated. I didn't feel like leaving, would like to stay longer:)))

The location of the property is great, with plenty of local pubs and restaurants within walking distance. It's also a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Lake District. the property itself was clean and well-presented, with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. the hosts were quick to respond to any questions or concerns, providing excellent service. access to the off-site health club with a pool, sauna, steam room, and gym was a wonderful added advantage.

We stayed 2 nights here, yet it was a lovely experience. The host met us and explained everything. Truly enjoyed a hairdryer and fresh towels, available in the bathroom. The location was unbeatable with easy access to The World of Beatrix Potter Attraction. There was a good choice of choices to eat nearby, including restaurants and bars. Our 2-night stay was delightful. The host was attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The property was beautifully clean and well equipped, with a jaw-dropping two-floor design. It was conveniently located near the town center, with an endless array of restaurants, bars, and attractions right on the doorstep. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing a wealth of information about the accommodations and surrounding area. The location was superb for exploring the Lake District, and the property itself had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay, including free wi-fi and a flat-screen TV. We were also delighted to find a jacuzzi and sauna, along with an indoor swimming pool accessible nearby! Plus, the fact that pets were allowed was a huge bonus. this was a truly outstanding home away from home experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Biskey Howe Central in Bowness. the location was perfect, right in the heart of Bowness with amazing restaurants and brunch cafes on our doorstep. We also enjoyed exploring other areas of Windermere, as it was not too far away. We even embarked on long walks and hikes, venturing from Bowness to Wensfell and Baystones, and then back through Stock Ghyll to the famous apple pie bakery in Ambleside. the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay even better. the property itself was clean, cozy, and had all the facilities we needed for our short break. We particularly loved the access to the spa, which had a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. It was a wonderful addition to our stay and made it even more enjoyable. The Wi-Fi was excellent, averaging around 70mbps, ensuring that we were always well-connected. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all 😊.
